Transformers actress Megan Fox has been named 'Dumbest Celebrity Ever' by Britain's Daily Mail newspaper.

"The American has amazed fans with her ignorance as she travels the world promoting her movies with red-carpet comments and magazine interviews," the newspaper says.

Among her alleged crimes against intelligence were her calls to legalise marijuana and her obsession with her looks.

She is also said to have criticized fellow hottie Scarlett Johansson for her attempts to carry on an intelligent conversation.

"I don't want to have to be like a Scarlett Johansson, I don't want to have to go on talk shows and pull out every single SAT word I've ever learned to prove like, 'Take me seriously, I am intelligent, I can speak.'" Megan said.
